The Juneau Pioneers, the athletic high school brand of MacDowell School, are members of the Milwaukee City Conference (MCC). The MCC is the athletics conference for participating high schools in the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) district. All MCC member institutions participate in sports sponsored by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA).
